Matched Pairs t-procedure:

Suppose we have data that has been collected from an experiment where subjects are matched in pairs (e.g. twin studies) or we collect two measurements from the same subject (e.g. before/after).

Goal: We want to compare the difference in treatments.

Problem: The observations from both sets are not independent from one another.
